There are two basic models for BAALBAKÉ locations:

Sfiha & Flatbreads - A grab-and-go model with a stand-up bar and minimal or no seating. BAALBAKÉ’s signature dough is baked on premises with a focus on Sfiha, Manakeesh, and Tabbouka flatbread sandwich wraps.

Casual Lebanese Eatery - In addition to the Sfiha & Flatbread menu, this model adds BAALBAKÉ’s take on classic Lebanese Hot and Cold Mezzas and daily specials. Larger locations with sufficient kitchen size can also offer our Grill kebab menu.
