A team of designers, creators, and marketers worked hand in hand to develop BAALBAKÉ’s look, ensuring a welcoming environment that would compliment our base in ancient culinary traditions and family recipes handed down for generations. The design sense fuses regional decorative history with a modern, casual style.

From the beginning, BAALBAKÉ's system was designed for optimal market competitiveness, keeping customers coming back for more.  We know the important role that franchisees play in growing our brand. We keep the fire burning and support them with:

There are two basic models for BAALBAKÉ locations:

  1. Sfiha & Flatbreads - A grab-and-go model with a stand-up bar and minimal or no seating. BAALBAKÉ’s signature dough is baked on premises with a focus on Sfiha, Manakeesh, and Tabbouka flatbread sandwich wraps.

  2. Casual Lebanese Eatery - In addition to the Sfiha & Flatbread menu, this model adds BAALBAKÉ’s take on classic Lebanese Hot and Cold Mezzas and daily specials. Larger locations with sufficient kitchen size can also offer our Grill kebab menu.
